ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2026. 2.The petitioner was called with regard to a complaint against him for obstructing the pathway which is then access to the families of Seerangan Valavu. Earlier AD Welfare Department allotted free pattas to 30 schedule caste families. Since the petitioner is said to be obstructing the pathway, he was called for enquiry.
3.Counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is a patta land and it is not a pathway as claimed.
4.It is for the petitioner to appear before the respondent police and produce all the documents to show that it is a patta land and there is no pathway as claimed by the families of Seerangan Valavu. The petitioner also undertakes to appear before the respondent police on 16.04.2026 to produce all the necessary documents.
