Common Prayer : Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd Respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.38/2020, dated 04.05.2022, quash the same and consequently, direct the 2nd Respondent to follow the due procedures mandated in

the order dated 29.12.2021 passed in W.P.Nos.28166, 28167 etc of 2021 on the file of the Hon'ble High Court, Madras and also without resorting to the provisions of Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and tenants Act, 2017 before sealing the shop or forcibly evicting the Petitioner from Shop Nos.5 & E2 (Ups), Nehru Stadium Complex, Coimbatore-641018 and Shop Nos.76 & 77, Nehru Stadium Complex, Coimbatore - 641018.
