Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to rectify the Town Survey Land Register (TSLR) instead of Ryotwari Punjai/Sarkar Poramboke in respect of the property in old survey No.260/1B and new survey No.260/16 which having an extent of 12.50 Ares situated at
Kannankurichi Revenue village, Salem Taluk and Salem District on the basis of the petitioners' representations dated 13.11.2025 within a reasonable time that may be fixed by this Court.

Mr.D.Ravichander, Special Government Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions have been filed to direct the respondents to rectify the TSLR by classifying the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition as Ryotwari Punjai, instead of Sarkar Poramboke, based on the petitioners' representations both dated 13.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. The petitioners have filed supporting documents along with these Writ Petitions in support of the petitioners' representations. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same.
3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioners' representations as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.For the foregoing reason, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioners' representations dated 13.11.2025, seeking for rectification of the TSLR by rectifying the classification of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition as Ryotwari Punjai instead of Sarkar Poramboke, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioners, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
