This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 14.07.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.63 of 2016 before the respondent.

4. On reading of the complaint dated 14.07.2016, it is alleged that the opposite party is destroying the petitioner's crops frequently. When the petitioner questioned, he was threatened by the opposite party with dire consequences and that he lodged the present complaint.

5. Under such circumstances, the respondent Police is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to call both the parties and conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law.
