O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners shall stay at Pochampalli and report before the Pochampalli Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m, and 5.30 p.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.11405 of 2020 dated 29.07.2020.

2. The counsel for the petitioners would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.11405 of 2020 on 29.07.2020, the petitioners have been complying with the conditions and hence, they seek for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11405 of 2020 on 29.07.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
