(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) Mr.C.T.Mohan appears on behalf of the respondents. Considering the limited relief sought for in this petition, to direct the respondents, to dispose of the representation dated 16th May, 2015, the instant writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.

Mr.C.T.Mohan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submit that the aforestated representation dated 16th May, 2015 has already been taken into consideration and an intimation has been sent to the petitioner on 18th June, 2015, to produce all the relevant documents and appear in person, so that decision can be taken on the representation, on its own merit and in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the relevant documents, pursuant to the said notice, had already been submitted.

4. In that view of the matter, it is not necessary to consider the issue on merit. We accordingly, direct the respondents to examine the representation of the petitioner dated 16th May, 2015 and take decision, on its own merit and in accordance with law, at the earliest.

The writ petition stands disposed of, with the above direction. Costs made easy.
