This Application has been filed to grant extension of time by four months to complete the Arbitration Proceedings in Arbitration Case pending before the sole Arbitrator.

2.Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents do not have any objections in allowing this Application.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this Application and also no objection on the side of the respondents, time is extended by a period of four months from today.

4.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would also seek permission of this Court to mark additional documents. 5.I am of the view that it would be appropriate for the parties to make such a request by way of an application to the learned Arbitrator and if any such request has been made, it is for the learned Arbitrator to decide the same on merits.
