O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.104 of 2017 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruvarur and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has no objection to transfer H.M.O.P.No.104 of 2017 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruvarur to the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram and made an endorsement to that effect.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent without admitting the allegations made in the affidavit filed in support of the above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, submitted that the respondent has no objection to transfer the case in H.M.O.P.No.104 of 2017 to Sub Court at Tambaram and made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the endorsement and submission made by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.104 of 2017 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Tiruvarur and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram. The learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruvarur, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.104 of 2017 to the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
