Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.38/2020, dated 04.05.2022, quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to follow the due procedures mandated in the order dated 29.12.2021 passed in W.P. No. 28166, 28167,etc., of 2021, on the file of Hon'ble High Court, Madras, and also without resorting to the provisions of Tamilnadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and tenants Act, 2017 before sealing the shop or forcibly evicting the petitioner in the respective writ petition, from Shop Nos. 59, 59A & E11, Shop Nos., 51 & 52, Shop No. 53, Shop No.18 and Shop No. 25, Nehru Station Complex,, Coimbatore 641 018, respectively.
