2. Captioned WMP has been filed under Rule 15 of 'Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021' [hereinafter 'Writ Rules 2021' for the sake of convenience and brevity] by eighteen petitioners with a prayer to file a single writ petition.

3. Adverting to paragraph No.26 of support affidavit, Mr.M.Vijay Anand, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners submits that the cause of action is common and the petitioners have already paid separate court fee.
