2. Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original of the identical original communication issued by the 5th respondent dated 23.10.2019 to all the petitioners and also the notice of the 5th respondent dated 18.11.2022 served on the petitioners on various dates.

3. Mr.M.Vijay Anand, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners is before this Court.

4. Adverting to support affidavit and more particularly, paragraph No.25 thereat, learned counsel submits that the original order dated https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page Nos.1/2

W.M.P. No.13547 of 2024 in W.P. No.12411 of 2024 M.SUNDAR,J., and K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J., mmi 23.10.2019 and notice dated 18.11.2022 have been filed in the writ petition filed by an Association in W.P.No.3158 of 2023.

5. The above reason is accepted for the limited purpose of dispense with prayer in captioned WMP without expressing any other opinion in this order.
