(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Admittedly the appeal filed under Rules 18 and 19 of the Madras High Court Service Rules is pending with the appellate authority. Hence, we see no reason to entertain the Writ Petition at this stage. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to urge all her contentions before the appellate Authority. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
