Respondent PRAYER: This Writ petition came to be numbered under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by way of transfer of O.A.No.5488 of 2002 from the file of the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying for Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned proceedings of the respondent in RC No.117119/EG4/91 dated 18.09.2002, and to set aside the same and consequently direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to continue in the same post.

The petitioner filed Original Application before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Chennai, got transferred as W.P. No. 6843 of 2007.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that this writ petition challenging the order of reversion has become infructuous since the petitioner was subsequently removed from service and that has been challenged in another Writ Petition.

3. Recording the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
