Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.38/2020 dated 04.05.2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to follow the due procedures mandated in Order dated 29.12.2021 passed in W.P.Nos.28166, 28167 etc. of 2021 on the file of Hon'ble High Court, Madras and also without resorting to the provisions of Tamilnadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Act, 2017 before sealing the shop or forcibly evicting the Petitioner from Shop Nos. 89 & E16(Ups), Shop No.30 & Shop Nos.78 & E14, respectively at Nehru Stadium Complex, Coimbatore - 641 018.
