This Criminal Original Petition is filed to issue direction to the second respondent herein to provide police protection for surveying the petitioner Grama Natham Property situated at Ayimicheri Village, Walajabad Taluk, Kancheepuram District in old Survey No.32 (part), New Survery No.246/2, comprised in joint patta No.154 on the basis of the representation dated 18.04.2023 to the respondents 1 & 2 herein.

2. The Petitioner herein seeks police protection to measure the land, which was declared as Grama Natham.
