PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023/ Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to provide the police protection from the respondents 5 to 12 and take necessary action on the petitioner's online representation dated 06.03.2025.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to provide the police protection from the respondents 5 to 12 and take necessary action on the petitioner's online representation dated 06.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that there is a dispute with respect of land comprised in S.No.222A/6, 222A/1C, 222A/1C5B, 222A/3A1, 222A/1C3A1, to the total extent of 5.5 acres between the petitioner and the respondents 5 to12 herein

4. Therefore, the petitioner ought to have approached the civil Court for appropriate relief. That apart, the police protection cannot be granted for property.

5. In view of the above, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
