The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide the petitioner an alternative land / house to accommodate his displaced family, in line with Para No.45 of the order dated 23.02.2018 in W.P.No.12383 of 2004 and Para No.43 of the order dated 19.12.2018 made in W.A.No. 687 of 2018 respectively, by considering the petitioner's representations dated 22.07.2019 and 06.11.2019. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made representation to the respondents seeking to provide an alternative land / house to accommodate his displaced family, in line with Para No.45 of the order dated 23.02.2018 in W.P.No.12383 of 2004 and Para No.43 of the order dated 19.12.2018 made in W.A.No. 687 of 2018 respectively and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this 2/4
Court issues direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 22.07.2019 and 06.11.2019 and to pass appropriate orders.
4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 22.07.2019 and 06.11.2019, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible. The petitioner is directed to send a copy of the representations dated 22.07.2019 and 06.11.2019 to the third respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, so as to enable the third respondent to pass appropriate orders.
