The second Respondent humbly submit that in compliance of the order dated 9.9.2020 passed in the above writ petition, had taken possession of the entire property, detailed status report of the executive officer is enclosed herewith along with photographs. Hence it is therefore prayed that this honourable court may be pleased to accept the report filed before this honourable court and thus render justice.

3. In the light of the request therein and the concurrence of the petitioner to the same, the report filed by R2 is placed on file and this writ petition closed in light thereof. Connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. No costs.
