Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439 (1)(b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure,1973, to modify the condition 'C' imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.905 of 2019 on 27.03.2019 pending on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore. For Petitioner : Mr.T.Balaji For Respondent : Ms.M.Prabhavathi, APP

ORDER

This petition is seeking to modify the condition No.3 imposed by the Court below directing the petitioner to sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam, daily at 7.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police, condition no.3 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall remain as it is.
