This Contempt Petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent for committing willful disobedience of the order dated 28.04.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.34057 of 2022. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Corporation submitted that the amount has been paid to the petitioner. The communication received from the Assistant Commissioner, Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation, in this regard was also placed before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners has also confirmed the fact that the order has been complied with.
