The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition seeking a mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to make necessary corrections in the academic record for the subject AR 6514 Architectural Design IV which was wrongly entered as 40 out of 100 instead of 70 out of 100 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to undergo internship training commencing from June 2016 to move on to the next semester of the B.Arch academic curriculum.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Standing counsel appearing for Anna University also undertakes to pass orders relating to necessary corrections in the academic record of the petitioner on or before 30.05.2016.

4. Considering the nature of the petitioner's case and the relief sought for in this Writ Petition and also considering the undertaking given by the Standing counsel for respondents 1 and 2, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to pass orders regarding necessary corrections in the academic record on or before 30.05.2016.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected WMP.No.16158 of 2016 is closed.
