This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1070 days in filing the above appeal against the judgment dated 10.08.2021 passed in S.C.No.07/2019 on the file of the Hon'ble Sessions (The Mahila Court) Judge, Salem.
2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 1070 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.
