AGNIHOTRI,J.,) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make a representation under Section 13 (3-A) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short "the Act") and makes an endorsement to that effect, as under: "Withdraw the application with liberty to make a representation under Section 13 (3 a) of the Act."

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to make a representation under Section 13 (3A) of the Act, if so advised, under the provisions of law.
