Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2017, rectify the error in petitioner's name and husband's name consequentially resume payment of the petitioner's pension under the Old Age Pension Account No.30030 maintained by the respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to consider her representation dated 07.06.2017, wherein and whereby she sought for rectification of the error in the records pertaining to the Old Age Pension Account No.30030.
3. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide on its own merits and in accordance with law.
