2. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, it is presumed that the petitioner does not have any interest to prosecute the petition. Hence, this Court is of the view that this Civil Revision Petition deserves to be dismissed for non-prosecution. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution with the cost of the respondent. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
