The learned Senior Counsel Mr.S.Silambanan, appearing on behalf of the writ appellant would submit that notice, served through post to the first respondent, was returned on the ground "left". Thus, the present miscellaneous petition is filed seeking substituted service.

2. Accordingly, the C.M.P.No.12008 of 2024, for substituted service, stands ordered.

3. The petitioner is permitted to publish notice in any one of the English newspaper and vernacular newspaper widely circulated in Coimbatore District. The substituted service is directed to complete within a period of two weeks.

4. Post the matter after two weeks.
