ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to take steps to measure and fix boundary stones in the property being all that piece and parcel of land comprised in Survey No.308/3 to a total extent of 1.65 Acre situated at Uthiyur Village, Kangayam Taluk, Tiruppur District based on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.04.2024.

2. Since the petitioner has sought a very limited prayer to survey and lay boundary stone by considering his representation dated 05.04.2024, this court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.04.2024, on merits, after Page No:2/4

giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and respondents 4 to 7 and dispose of the same, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
