Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take action against the respondents 2 to 4 in pursuance of the Telegraphic notice dated 23.02.2013 issued by the petitioner and direct the respondents to restore the petitioner's building of an extent of 10' x 15' in the land measuring an extent of 1092 sq.ft in Survey No.46/8 in Ko-Ponneri Village, Vridhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District.
