(DELIVERED BY R.SUDHAKAR, J.) Learned counsel appearing for the appellant/Department submits vide letter in C. No.431 (19)/2014-15 dated 15.7.2015, the Department has requested him not to pursue the appeal before the High Court as CCIT (E) has not accorded approval for filing the appeal. The letter of the Department has been placed before this Court. Learned counsel for the Department, therefore, submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw this appeal. An endorsement has also been made to the said effect on the bundle. Recording the said endorsement, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
