ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 19.02.2024, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the survey of the subject property in S.No.306/42 and for demarcation of boundaries. 2.Heard Mr.Louisal Ramesh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to

3/5 the 2 nd respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 20.02.2024 and conduct the survey in the subject property based on the title documents relied upon by the petitioner. This process shall be completed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it will suffice if the survey is conducted in S.No.306/42. Hence, the survey shall be confined to this Survey Number. If there are any other interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence.
