By consent, the Writ Petition has been taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner is the President of the Organising Committee and submitted a representation dated 21.05.2016 to the respondent praying for permission to conduct the cultural programme in connection with the temple festival of Murugaipatti Arulmighu Sri Muthumariamman Koil Thiruvizha, Omallur Taluk, Salem District and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this Writ Petition.

3.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 4.In the light of the facts and circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of and the petitioner is at liberty to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submit one more representation to the respondent under proper acknowledgment praying for appropriate permission to conduct a cultural dance programme by fixing a particular date within two weeks from today and on receipt of the said representation, the respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of one week thereafter.
