(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 21.04.2021 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that a case has been registered against the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.04.2021 in Crime No.168 of 2021 for the offence u/s.147, 148, 323, 324, 506(ii) r/w of 3(1) TNPPDL Act and nothing survives in this petition.
