Considering the limited relief sought for by the revision petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

2. Pursuant to this Court's order dated 23.06.2025, the Subordinate Judge, Poonamalee has forwarded a Report to the Registry dated 28.06.2025, requesting time till 15.07.2025 to dispose of I.A.No.89 of 2018 in O.S.No.50 of 2018.

Recording the above submission, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee is directed to dispose of I.ANo.89 of 2018 in O.S.No.50 of 2018 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee is further directed to dispose of O.S.No.50 of 2018, which is pending for more than seven years, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months. No costs.
