PRAYER :- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records connected with the impugned orders dated 16/04/2020 passed by the 3rd respondent vide his his Lr.no.1604 / Supt / F. Court case /2020 / RWS / VPM dated 16/04/2020 and quash the same and further direct the 1st respondent to pass orders conferring permanent status to the petitioner on 24/02/1975 on completion of 480 days continuous service in a period of 24calendar months as per the 12 (3) settlement dated 08/08/1996 duly permitting to move selection Grade, Special Grade and Super Grade on completion of 10 years, 20 years and 30 years of service on 24.06.1985, 24.06.1995 and 24.06.2005 respectively in the respective Scale of Pay for the post of Office Assistant duly permitting to draw arrears of pay allowances and other attended benefits extended to all other workmen on merits within the time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
