This petition has been filed to direct the Fast Track Court1, Magistrate level, Coimbatore to complete the trial in C.C.No.634 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner is an accused in C.C.No.634 of 2014 pending on the file of the Fast Track Court-I, Magisterial level, Coimbatore, for an offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to co-operate in the enquiry, by cross examining the witnesses on the day they are examined-in-chief and by not adopting any dilatory tactics.

4. Recording the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to complete the trial in C.C.No.634 of 2014 within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the condition that the petitioner co-operates in the completion of the trial.
