The above impleading Petition has been filed seeking to implead the proposed respondents 3 and 4 herein, viz., (3) The Government of India, Ministry of Labour and Employment, New Delhi, (4) The Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi, as respondents 3 and 4 in the main Writ Petition.

2. Since the proposed respondents were not parties before the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court and their presence is very much necessary to decide the correctness of the direction issued by the Tribunal as regards regularisation of the members of the 1st respondent Union, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the cause title accordingly in the main writ petition.
