Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to proceeding in L.No.OO.Po/E.Pa/Ve.Patty/Co.Complaint/No.080/20 dated 15.07.2020 passed by the third respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents not to lay the third electricity supply line in petitioner's land.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to proceeding in L.No.OO.Po/E.Pa/Ve.Patty/Co.Complaint/No.080/20 dated 15.07.2020 passed by the third respondent, quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents not to lay the third electricity supply line in petitioner's land. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is having agricultural land in Kullappanayakkanpatti Village and already the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board had erected two high tension power line 2/4

and again the third respondent proposed to lay another high tension power line and objecting the same, the petitioner made representation to the respondents, pursuant to which the impugned order came to be passed. Hence, this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the impugned order became infructuous.

4.The learned counsel appearing for TANGEDCO submitted that the third high tension power line was not erected on the petitioner's land and it was erected on some other place.

5.Recording the submissions made on either side, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
