Subbiah, J) During the pendency of these Original Side Appeals (OSAs), the parties have settled their dispute between themselves, pursuant to which, a Joint Memorandum of Compromise, dated 19.09.2019, had been filed by the parties, signed by them and their respective counsels. The terms of the said Joint Memorandum of Compromise are recorded. Accordingly, the Original Side Appeals are disposed of in terms of the said Joint Memorandum of Compromise, which, along with the sketch appended thereto, shall form part of the decree.

Application No.7893 of 2016 in Tr.C.S.No.409 of 2017 and Application No.3929 of 2016 in C.S.No.671 of 2009 on the file of this Court and Tr.C.S.No.409 of 2017 and C.S.No.671 of 2009 on the file of this Court, shall stand disposed of in accordance with the terms of the said Joint Memorandum of Compromise. No costs.
