The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's application dated 24.3.2021 and consequently grant permission to restart her petrol bunk.

2.

The petitioner had applied for a loan with the respondents bank under Electronic Dealer Finance System (EDFS) during the year 2018. After availing the loan, the petitioner appears to have committed default in repayment and therefore, the respondents 1 to 3 bank temporarily inactivated the bank account of the petitioner due to which she could not make payment to the fourth respondent and to continue the dealership business. The petitioner cited the various correspondences she made with the respondents 1 to 3 bank and ultimately, on 24.03.2021 she submitted an application for loan renewal. According to the petitioner, the respondents 1 to 3 did not consider her application dated 24.03.2021 so far and therefore, she has come forward with this writ petition. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents. It is apparent that the application dated 24.03.2021 submitted by the petitioner is still pending with the respondents 1 to 3. Therefore, without going into the merits of the case, this Court hereby direct the third respondent to consider the application dated 24.3.2021 of the petitioner, afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereof on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.

No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
