ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1538 of 2013 on the file of the 3rd respondent police to the 2nd respondent police under the periodic monitoring of this Court.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the 3rd respondent police has already completed the investigation and file a final report before the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, on 13.05.2019 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to immediately get the final report numbered before X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, shall take cognizance of the final report and proceed further in accordance with law.
4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
