Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to give police protection to Ahale Sunnath Jamath Pallivasal and Kabarasthan at Ondipudur, Coimbatore City based on the representation dated 29.03.2019 made by petitioner to the 1st respondent.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for Police Protection. It is seen from records that there is an inter se dispute with regard to the Management of Ahale Sunnath Jamath Pallivasal. There is also proceedings pending before the Wakf Board in OA No.299 of 2019. In the meantime, the present petition has been filed seeking for Police Protection to the Pallivasal.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent Police.
3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the case, this Court is not inclined to grant any Police Protection in this writ petition. Since the parties are already at loggerheads and case is pending before the Wakf Board, until a final decision is given by the Wakf Board, the Police cannot interfere with the dispute.
