Criminal Original Petition filed to direct the second respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.07.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 07.07.2015, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.224 of 2015 before the respondent.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and the said enquiry shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
