2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in C.No.600 of 2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the police for enquiry, when they make enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
