Heard Mr.D.Ashok Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.B.Neduenchezhiyan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.U.M.Ravichandran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the fourth respondent and with the consent of learned counsel appearing on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The challenge in this Writ Petition is to an order passed by the second respondent, cancelling the licence granted for collecting empty bottles and sale of eatable in the Bar attached to the Tasmac Retail Shop.
3.It is not necessary to go into the correctness of the impugned proceedings, since the period of licence itself has come to an end on 15.11.2015. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner and the private respondents to work out their other disputes before the appropriate forum. No costs.
