[Order was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] When the matter was called on 04.07.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 09.07.2019. On 09.07.2019 also, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 10.07.2019. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
