The petitioner has come forward seeking a direction to forbear the respondent from interfering with taking water from the petitioner's bore well situated in S.No.191/1A, 15 Velampalayam Village, Tiruppur Taluk.

2. Today(23.08.2017), when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.T.E.Badrinathan, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous and he also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
