This application is filed to receive the written statement and the statement of truth filed by the first and second defendants which are printed and signed on the single sides of the papers instead of double side.

2.Considering the reasoning stated in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the affidavit filed along with this application, this Court condoned the defect and permit the Registry to receive the written statement and statement of truth filed by the defendants 1 and 2. Accordingly, A.No.2080 of 2020 is allowed.
