This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1347 days in filing the appeal against decree and judgment made in O.S.No.20 of 2014 dated 20.09.2018 passed by the Additional District Judge, Villupuram.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the appellants are directed to pay a sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as cost to the respondents 1 to 6 within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed.

3. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the appeal suit, if it is otherwise in order.
