ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the third respondent to publish the results of the interview conducted on 26.07.2012, 27.07.2012 and on 28.07.2012 for appointment to the post of Veterinary Assistant and make appointment based on the Selection list published and appoint the petitioner as Veterinary Assistant with all consequential benefits.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the recruitment to the post of Veterinary Assistant was already dropped.

3. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
