J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU,J.,) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed as against the fair and decreetal order dated 12.04.2011 passed by the learned III Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai in O.P.No.3964 of 2010.

2. When the matter is taken up today, it is represented by both sides that the present appeal has become infructuous in view of the fact that the parties have arrived at a settlement and entered into a memorandum of compromise in HMOP No.572 of 2010, which was filed for divorce and an order has been passed by the Family Court, Madurai on 28.08.2014 by recording the said memorandum of compromise filed by the parties and allowed the divorce petition.

3. The said memorandum of compromise as well as the order passed by the Family Court, Madurai is placed before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the above said facts and circumstances, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous in view of the memorandum of compromise entered into between the parties and the subsequent order passed by the Family Court, Madurai in granting decree of divorce based on the same. No costs.
